We are committed to creating a future where Hispanics and Latinos worldwide have equal opportunities to grow and thrive. 

As a firm, we are harnessing our expertise in business, policy and philanthropy and have initially committed $30 billion by the end of 2025 to drive an inclusive recovery, support employees and break down systemic barriers. By investing and supporting our Hispanic and Latino communities, we are reframing the narrative surrounding our communities’ potential and promoting a pathway to education, wealth building, business growth and community development.
