Managing Director of Global Philanthropy

Kimberly Davis is Managing Director of Global Philanthropy, President of the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Her responsibilities include overseeing the firm's philanthropic activities globally, employee volunteerism and strategic corporate marketing programs.

During her 30 years in the financial services industry, Davis has served as Director of Recruiting, Training & Development Manager for Global Banking, HR Executive for Latin America, and National Sales Manager for Private Banking.

She earned a BS in Economics and Finance from Spelman College in Atlanta, and has completed ARC International's Advanced Leadership Program and the Aspen Institute Executive Program.

Davis co-founded Springboard, Partners in Cross-Cultural Leadership, a leadership education and consulting company committed to building highly diverse teams. Her passion for the issues surrounding leadership for women prompted her to help develop, design and implement a national leadership center — Spelman LEADS — in collaboration with Spelman College, where she is a trustee.

Managing Director of Global Equities

In addition to his role as Global Head of Equities, Carlos Hernandez serves on the JPMorgan Chase Executive Committee and the Investment Bank's Management and Operating Committees.

Prior to this role, Hernandez managed the firm's Origination and Distribution business for the Americas; Institutional Equities for the Americas; and Global Equity Capital Markets. Before joining the Equities division, he was head of Investment Banking for Latin America.

He joined J.P. Morgan in 1986 in the Investment Bank's training program, and has held a variety of increasingly senior roles across the company.

Hernandez currently serves on the board of MarketAxess and The Brunswick School, Greenwich, CT. In 2005, he served on the board of the Securities Industries Association.

Hernandez holds a BS in Business from the State University of New York and an MBA from Columbia University.

Vice Chairman of the Pacific Northwest Region

Phyllis Campbell serves on the Executive Committee for JPMorgan Chase and represents the firm across all lines of business to clients in the Pacific Northwest region of the North America.

Previously, Campbell was the President/CEO of The Seattle Foundation, the largest community foundation in Washington, with nearly $600 million in charitable assets. Earlier, she served as President and CEO of U.S. Bank of Washington.

Campbell holds an MBA from the University of Washington, a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University. She holds honorary doctorates from Whitworth University and Gonzaga University.

She devotes her time, energy, and expertise to countless civic activities with a focus on education and human services issues. Currently, she serves on the boards of Alaska Air Group, Nordstrom, PATH and Initiative for Global Development as well as the Diversity Advisory Board for Toyota, North America. Among the awards she has received are the Woman Who Makes A Difference Award from the International Women's Forum, the Top Women in Finance Award from Women of Color Magazine, and the 36th Regents' Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2006 from Washington State University.

Managing Director of Investment Bank for Latin America

Rebeca Vargas is responsible for all marketing, internal communications, public relations and philanthropic activities in Latin America. In this role, she oversees all J.P. Morgan lines of business, including Investment Bank, Private Bank, Global Corporate Bank and Treasury Services.

Prior to this, Vargas was responsible for Chase's Multicultural Segment across all Consumer Businesses. Among her accomplishments, she led the effort to change Chase's approach towards the Hispanic community by developing a business segment within the business, developed an award-winning advertising campaign, end-to-end service for customers in Spanish and new banking products tailored to the unique needs of the Hispanic community in the United States. As a result of her leadership, the Hispanic segment now represents 28% of the new retail accounts at Chase.

Ms. Vargas holds an MBA from Tulane University and a BA in Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Vargas has been honored as one of the Top Women in Retail and Finance by Women of Color Magazine, as one of the Top 50 under 50 Executives to watch by Diversity MBA Magazine, and as one of "10 Hispanic influentials to watch" by Hispanic Business Magazine (2006). In addition, she received the 2005 Marketer of the Year Award from the Marketing y Medios Magazine and a proclamation from the city of New York in 2006 for her service to the city and community.

Managing Director of Fixed Income

Within the Investment Bank, Alice Wang is responsible for global strategy for fixed income sales, trading, and coverage banking. She also manages all non-market, structural risks in the Rates, Public Finance, Securitized Products, and Foreign Exchange flow derivatives trading books. Prior to this, she developed and managed the Cross Asset Marketing and Solutions teams in North American Fixed Income sales.

Wang was a member of the firm's first Corporate Diversity Task Force, which began more than 17 years ago. Later she helped to establish the firm's first networking group for Asians – a group that now has 13 chapters across the U.S and in the U.K. More recently, she and a colleague started a group now known as the IB Women's Network to meet the firm's needs to attract, retain and develop talented women for key roles in the Investment Bank. She is also a senior advisor to the Junior Women in Markets group. Dedicated to building a diverse pipeline of talent for J.P. Morgan, Wang is actively involved in campus recruiting.

As part of her efforts to help women in finance to advance, she is a member of High Water Women, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, the Women's Economic Roundtable and the Economic Club of NY. She was awarded the APA Leadership Award in 2009 by the National Association of Asian American Professionals, and was named one of the top 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business in 2011, by the Asian American Business Development Center.

Ms. Wang is a licensed CPA and holds a BBA in accounting from Hofstra University.

picture of Neil Wilcox Neil Wilcox
General Counsel for the Chief Administrative Office

Neil Wilcox joined the firm in 1997 to provide global legal support for our insurance practice. In August 2003, he became the General Counsel of the Texas Legal department with oversight across all lines of businesses and our corporate areas.

He briefly left JPMorgan Chase in April 2005 to become the Senior Compliance Counsel for Marsh & McLennan, and then returned to JPMorgan Chase in 2007 to provide support for our global compliance team. Prior to 1997, Neil was an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York.

Neil Wilcox received his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and his undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, N.C.
