Job search

A profile is not required to search for jobs, however, creating one will allow you to view saved job postings marked as favorites and to apply for job opportunities.

You can search for job opportunities on the job search page by entering a job title, skill or keyword in the “Find Jobs” box. In the “Near Location” box, you may narrow your search by entering a specific location. Additionally, you may apply filters to select My Location or Postal Code from the “Near Location” dropdown and/or use the radius dropdown to expand or decrease your search criteria.

On the job search page enter the requisition number in the “Find Jobs” box to find the job opportunity.

If the search results do not populate when you enter a job requisition number on the job search page, confirm the requisition number is entered correctly. Then, check the filters to ensure the search results are not excluding the requisition.

If you are still unable to find the job requisition number, it is likely that the job opportunity is no longer available. Please feel free to search the job search page for other opportunities that match your areas of interest.

Generally, when more than one location is listed for a job opportunity, it means that there are multiple positions available at different locations or there is one position where multiple locations may be considered based on business needs.

On the job search page you can mark a job opportunity as a favorite by clicking the star icon within the job posting.

To view your favorites at a later time, log into your existing profile or create a new profile, then click on the star icon in the upper right corner on the job search page.

Assessments

You will be notified if the job opportunity you applied to requires an assessment.

Standardized assessments are used for certain positions and provide candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their job-relevant skills and capabilities. Examples of some of the types of assessments we use include structured live interviews, on-demand/recorded interviews, and virtual skills assessments.

For certain job opportunities, you may be required to take an on-demand/recorded video interview to evaluate your skills such as language proficiency, verbal presentation and/or technical abilities. An on-demand/recorded interview utilizes interviewing technology that presents questions and allows you to record your responses.

Your device (laptop, desktop or mobile) must be equipped with a camera and microphone. You will be provided a designated timeframe to record your responses. As you will be on camera, professional business attire and a distraction-free environment are recommended.

For certain job opportunities, you may be required to take a technical assessment, which is a standardized test that evaluates job-relevant skills and capabilities. Technical assessments may take the form of online tests or technical interviews where you demonstrate your skills live with an interviewer.

We recommend that you complete assessments in a distraction-free environment. Once completed, many assessments may not be retaken for a designated timeframe. You will be notified of the assessment retake period, if applicable.
