Over the course of six workshops, employee volunteers help young people develop their workplace skills such as business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem solving as they identify a community challenge and pitch a solution.

Through mentoring or participating in cohort-based projects, employee volunteers are matched with small business owners to discuss and solve challenges to help their organizations grow, develop and thrive.

Employees share their passions with each other through local engagements that serve immediate needs in their communities such as homelessness, hunger relief, disaster recovery, animal welfare, and more.

Identifies and connects employees with legal expertise to pro bono opportunities that strengthen communities, empower families, and advocate for vulnerable individuals.

Through a variety of models and projects that vary in length, employees leverage their unique sets of expertise and serve as volunteer consultants to organizations doing critical work in communities.

An opportunity for technology employees to leverage their skills and expertise to drive impact in the social sector and our communities through ideation and hackathon style events, pro-bono tech solution delivery, consultation services, and educational offerings. This includes programs like Code for Good, Cyber Safety for Good, Data for Good, GenerationTech, and Force for Good.

A holistic youth development program that expands economic opportunity and broadens talent pipelines by providing youth and young adults with more than 100 days of mentorship, academic support, career readiness, and skills development experiences with engagement from employee volunteers.

Over several months, secondary school students in London, Paris, Frankfurt, São Paulo, Mumbai and Hong Kong are paired with employee mentors to develop solutions that tackle real-world problems facing their city.
