The dividend payment date for the Series I preferred stock is Friday, April 29, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. The floating rate period for dividends on the Series I preferred stock began on May 1, 2018.
The dividend payment date for the Series Q and CC preferred stock is Sunday, May 1, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Friday, April 1, 2022. The dividend payment date for the Series U preferred stock is Saturday, April 30, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Thursday, March 31, 2022. The dividends for the Series Q, U and CC preferred stock will be paid on Monday, May 2, 2022.
