Michele G. Buck

Michele G. Buck is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hershey Company (“Hershey”). Ms. Buck held several senior leadership roles within Hershey prior to becoming President and CEO in 2017 and Chairman in 2019, serving as Hershey’s Chief Operating Officer as well as President of its North America operations and Global Chief Growth Officer.

Ms. Buck previously served on the Board of Directors at New York Life, where she served two terms as Lead Independent Director. In addition, Ms. Buck was Benefit Co-Chair for the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation. 

Ms. Buck graduated from Shippensburg University and received an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
